Aarhus Borgerservice.
Qualitative research carried out at selected citizen service centers in Denmark. Findings were used to inform and inspire designers and stakeholders involved in the spatial as well as visual design of a new citizen service center in Aarhus. The aim of the project was to create a truly people-centric service center.
